1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of preloved items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order.

2. Product Condition
Each wig is sold in as-is condition and may show light signs of previous wear. Any notable details will be included in the product description.

3. Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after they have been shipped. Once the tracking number has been issued and the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, all delivery concerns must be directed to the carrier.

5. Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
